By using the CoSeed app and service, you agree to these terms. CoSeed is operated by Pharos Ventures, Inc.
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use CoSeed.
CoSeed is currently offered as a beta service. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Do not rely on CoSeed as your sole mechanism for moving money during the beta period.
Transfers initiated through CoSeed are processed by Plaid Inc.’s ACH transfer service. You authorize CoSeed to instruct Plaid to debit or credit your linked account for each pod payment you opt into.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharos Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any pod-member default or ACH failure outside our control.
